San Diego Home Prices Rise Again
Home prices in San Diego are up again : North San Diego County Single Family Detached median price increased 5.26 percent to $480,000 in
September 2012 from $456,000 in August 2012 and increased 10.34 percent yearover compared to September 2011. East San Diego County median SFD home price was constant at $325,000 in September 2012 and increased 13.24 percent
year-over from September 2011. South County median SFD price rose 4.55
percent from $330,000 in August 2012 to $345,000 in September 2012. San
Diego Metro median SFD price decreased 0.95 percent to $418,500 in September
2012 from $422,000 in August 2012 and increased 9.84 percent year-over from
September 2011
