Home prices increase again in June
The countywide median SFD price of homes sold increased from $391,500 in May
2010 to $405,000 in June 2010, and increased 12.5 percent from the June 2009
number for the tenth month of year-over price increases countywide.The median price for all North County home sales – attached and detached – increased 5.19 percent

Tax credit extended for those who didn't make June 30 deadline
